Make sure you have time to prep for family visiting, traveling over the holidays, getting a jump on holiday shopping, or simply some childcare while the kids are out of school! Drop the kids off at Champions with Thanksgiving Camp so you have time to get it all done AND have happy kids!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
To ensure our high standards and coach to student ratio:

  • You should receive group information via email before you arrive but lists will be posted on the front door and in front entry for reminders. Take your camper to their group’s “Home Base”.
  • For drop off and pick-up, please check your child in and out with your head coach at the Home Base station. Parents are always welcome to come and check-out the camp anytime.
  • A light snack is provided. Please send a sack lunch and water bottle (by 10:45am). After a good lunch break, we will return to finish up our last rotations for the day! Please no peanuts.
  • What to wear: t-shirt and elastic band shorts, or a leotard and shorts. We will go outside so dress in layers! Please have hair pulled back (out of face) and no jewelry.
  • For the fastest response to your questions, email us at Camps@ChampionsTX.com. In case of an emergency during camp hours, please call the Champions office at 512-628-1788.
  • Please label everything with your child’s name.
  • If you have not already read our Policies and Procedures, please do so.
REGISTRATION, PRICING AND FEES

  • Register online now by clicking the register button above! If you haven’t been enrolled this last fall or spring (school year session), there is a Special Events Fee ($35 first child, $25 for each additional sibling) that will be good through the last camp this summer. Please make sure that your account has no less than three phone numbers (Examples: mom, dad, grandparent, emergency contact, nanny, neighbor). We encourage you to put a card on file. Paying by check is still an option after your account is created, however you are not registered until we accept the payment and apply it to your account. As camps fill, we will begin the waitlist in the order requests are received.
  • Refund Policy: Staff is hired and supplies are bought and prepared based on number of enrolled children in each age group. In order to prepare a first-rate “out of this world” camp experience for your child, Champions devotes an extraordinary amount of time and effort to plan and purchase age appropriate crafts, activities and staff with each specific child in mind. On that note, we hope you will understand that our refund policy is as follows: if you notify us of a cancellation three weeks or more prior to your scheduled camp date, you will receive a 50% refund. In the event of a cancellation with less than a three week notice, we will not be able to give a refund. Of course we are always willing to listen to special circumstances to be reviewed by our executive directors on a case-by-case basis.
