Tumbling Classes
Beginner Tumbling - No experience required. This class is perfect for anyone interested in tumbling! Athletes will work on the basics of tumbling. Forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, backbends, and kickovers.
Tumble 1 - Backbend kickover, cartwheel and round off required. Athletes will work on back walkovers, front walkovers, back extension rolls, strengthening their round offs, and starting back handsprings.
Tumble 2 - A back walkover, strong round off, and a start to a back handspring are required. Athletes will work a lot on standing and running back handsprings!!! Other skills taught in this class include bounders and front handsprings.
Series Class - Standing back handspring and round off back handspring required. Athletes will work on combination passes and multiple back handsprings.
Tumble 3 - Round off with two back handsprings connected; starting to work tucks required. Athletes will work on Tucks, punch fronts, and aerials.
Tumble 4 - Back Tuck required. Athletes will work on layouts, front Handspring Punch Fronts, and start fulls.
Tumble 5 – Layout required. Athletes will work on fulls and doubles.

Repetition builds muscle memory! This gives you supervised time to work your skills in the tumbling facility with the safety of landing mats, foam pit, and trampolines so that you can train to your heart’s content. Practice makes perfect!
