2024-2025 School Year Schedule
Baby Champions
(Crawling – 1.5yrs) Welcome to the introductory class to becoming a Champion! This class is designed to allow parents and little one’s begin to get comfortable with all equipment and begin to develop balance & coordination through different activities.
Waddlers
(Walking – 3.5yrs) Come get your wiggles out with us! During this class coaches help explore weekly themes that promote early learning skills for your little gymnast. Coaches help parents guide their little one through fun obstacle courses and balance & coordination activities all while developing strength and coordination and spatial awareness.
Tiny Tikes
(2.5 – 4.5 yrs) This class is focused on continuing to develop that coordination, but also begin to build that independence, so they are comfortable taking on a class structure with minimal help from parents. This is the perfect bridge between Waddlers and Preschool Gymnastics. We do ask that parents stay with their child the first few weeks of class and slowly pull away as the child gets used to doing class alone.
Preschool Gymnastics
(3.5-5.5 yrs) I’m a big kid now! Independence here we come! First class taken all by themselves! This is the first class where we begin to learn the terminology and basic gymnastics skills. This class is focused on covering all your gymnastics FUNdamentals!
Preschool Parkour
(3.5- 5.5 years) Fast paced, high energy class full of challenging courses to build strength, hand-eye coordination, & head to toe bilaterally coordinated athletes! Same as our regular parkour classes, just broken down into bite sized pieces!
Beginner Gymnastics One
(5.5 years and up) Class Requirements: Should be able to follow instructions and have a basic understanding of gymnastics terminology and forward rolls/backward rolls. Focus is on learning the foundational gymnastics skills: Forward/Backward rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Roundoffs, Tuck, Pike, Straddle positions, Pullovers, and Walking across beam
Beginner Gymnastics Two
(8 years and up) Class Requirements: Should be able to follow instructions and have a basic understanding of gymnastics terminology and forward rolls/backward rolls, some understanding of handstand and cartwheel form. Focus is on learning the foundational gymnastics skills with a little more precision: Forward/Backward rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Roundoffs, Tuck, Pike, Straddle positions, Pullovers on bars, and Walking across beam.
Parkour One
(5.5 years and up; both boys and girls!) Warped walls, vaulting, blocks and slant walls. This fast paced, high energy class is full of challenging courses that build strength, hand-eye coordination, & head to toe bilaterally coordinated athletes! Every week is a new adventure… it’s Parkour Ninja!
Parkour Two
(5.5 years and up; both boys and girls!) This is the next step in this parkour ninja adventure! This fast paced, let’s take it to a next level high energy class is full of challenging courses to build strength, hand-eye coordination, & head to toe bilaterally coordinated athletes with more advanced skills to be learned!
Intermediate Gymnastics
More composed beginner level tumbling skills but still not entirely proficient. Focus is on learning body awareness and control throughout their foundational skills. Emphasis on tighter form – straight legs, pointed toes, hollow body position, Handstands, Cartwheels, and Roundoffs, back walkovers, and standing back handsprings.
Advanced Gymnastics
Should have all the basic foundational skills executed with great proficiency. Focusing on higher level skills: Back handsprings, Back walkovers, and Back extension rolls to handstand, roundoff back handsprings, and back tucks.
High School Cheer Tumbling
Come work on your tumbling skills, jumps, and flexability needed to be an all star on your High school cheer team!
Beginner Tumbling
Should be able to follow instructions and have a basic understanding of tumbling terminology and forward rolls/backward rolls. Focusing on learning foundational tumbling skills: Forward/Backward rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, and Roundoffs.
Intermediate Tumbling

Cheer Prep
( 5.5 yrs and up) This class is geared towards teaching your young cheerleader the basics of cheer to get them ready for our CCA Squads or All Star Cheer Team!
